Our client, a growing company with interest in photography, film and events based in Kampala and serving in various locations is seeking to recruit to its team a Finance and Operations Executive.  Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the ideal candidate shall work closely with the Directors to support the company in budgeting, management and financial reporting as well as developing systems, policies and processes to ensure precise and smooth running of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications and skills:
1. Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration & Management.

2. Currently undertaking CPA or Diploma in Accounting and has demonstrable knowledge of accounts

3. Strong numerical skills and ability to use spreadsheet.

4.Great customer care and people management skills.

5.Good organisation skills and foresight.

6.Experience in planning and implementing strategies.

7.Excellent written, oral or verbal communication skills.

8. Ability to perform tasks with minimal guidance

9. Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
